At Aniwebr, client satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of web development services, we follow a strict refund policy to protect both parties involved.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Project Not Initiated: If the project has not yet been started (i.e., no design or development work has been commenced), you may request a full refund.
- Delay in Project Delivery: If we fail to begin the project within 15 business days of receiving the advance payment and project details, you are eligible for a full refund

3. Non-Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- If work has already commenced and resources have been allocated.
- If delays are caused by a lack of communication, incomplete requirements, or delayed feedback from the client.
- If project milestones have been delivered and approved.
- For services that are billed hourly (time and material basis).
- For third-party services (e.g., hosting, domain, SSL, third-party software) purchased on behalf of the client.
4. Cancellation Process
- Refund requests must be made in writing to anish@aniwebr.com.
- Please provide a clear explanation for your refund request along with any supporting documentation.
- We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
5. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days.
- Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.
